Congratulations on Your Certification!
Congratulations to Tamika Prince, civilian Criminal Intelligence Analyst with HPD's Burglary and Theft Division.
From Tamika:
"My career with HPD began in October 2008, after serving
for 4 years as an officer in the US Navy. I was hired as a Criminal
Intelligence Analyst based on my military intelligence experience. Once
hired, I was assigned to the Crime Analysis and Command Center Division in the
Real Time Crime Center (RTCC). While there, I assisted patrol officers
and investigators from all over the department with emergent information
requests. In October 2015, I transferred to the Burglary and Theft
Division as the Divisional Crime Analyst, where I am currently assigned.
In this assignment, I am responsible for divisional statistical
reporting, assisting officers and investigators with their cases, and research.
The versatility of this position has given me the opportunity to expand my
skill set and achieve the title of Certified Law Enforcement Analyst with the
International Association of Crime Analysts."
Happy Retirement!
