Why Do Run With Your Recruiter?

The Run With Your Recruiter is held every other Friday morning at Memorial Park. The goal is to help potential candidates assess whether they can meet the physical requirements of the police academy. These requirements include:

1.5 Mile Run in 17:30 or less

300 Meter Sprint in 78 seconds or less

Vertical Jump, 16.5 inches or more

Push ups, 15 or more

Agility Run, 20 seconds or less

Come out to our next Run With Your Recruiter on Friday, November 21 at 6:30 am at Memorial Park across from the Tennis Courts.
