The Mena siblings were told that their father was not granted leave at first so their mom told them he would not be able to make it home for graduation. However, at the last minute he was granted leave and was able to fly home from Iraq to attend. Army Sergeant First Class, Combat Medic, Carlos Mena surprised his kids and was able to pin their badges.

Thank you for your service as we remember the 70th anniversary of Pearl Harbor today.

That really is the most wonderful thing I have seen. HPD is awesome. Chief McClelland is a great Chief. what a touching moment.
