Video is great. I actually got emotional watching it. I am very proud of her and do not even know her. I do know HPD and the brave men and women who protect us. My son is HPD and I am so proud. Thank you for the blog.

I know Cadet Andino from the Academy and can honestly say her physical abilities go way beyond push ups. She's a great motivator and inspiration to always push yourself further than you thought you could....as you can tell by her accomplishment!! Good luck Andino, you know I'll miss you as my PT buddy

I know that many years ago when they tested for situps a record was broken by Cadet Ramos(Hispanic female). I think she did over 1000 situps if I remember right. They do not test for situps anymore so that record will stand. But to do 405 pushups and break a record without any prior fitness training and to only do 6 when you applied....HOLY COW! Way to go. You should be proud and HPD Academy Staff should be proud. I know your family is proud. What a great video. You seem very humble and nice. Good luck on your graduation. I know you will make a wonderful police officer.

Ana, i'm very proud of you. I am a Cadet in Class 206. My name is Nicholas Vo, I also broke the Men Pushup Record recently but I'm not as proud of myself like I am proud of you. You're a girl and I have full respect for you as a female cadet to have the inspiration and the motivations to go for that record. Keep up the good work.
