Paul Harvey Aurandt (September 4, 1918 - February 28, 2009), better known as Paul Harvey, was an American radio broadcaster for the ABC Radio Networks. He broadcast News and Comment on weekday mornings, mid-days, noon on Saturdays, as well as his famous "The Rest of the Story" segments. He was listened to by over 22 million people a week.
The broadcast I posted today was Paul Harvey's take on police officers and I thought I would share. Rest in peace, Mr. Harvey.

Great post today, love the blog!
How long does the psychological and drug test take? I'm waiting to take both. Do you think there is a possibility I can make the next class? Thanks
It depends on other factors. Please email me and let me take a look. When did you apply?
Hi I just sent you an email. Thanks

He always knew the exact words to choose and presented them so beautifully. This segment was certainly no different. Thanks for sharing.
