Academy Class 200 graduates tonight. Tradition is strong at HPD and it continued early this morning as Class 200 had their final roll call as cadets. Other classes lined up and cheered them on as they walked by. I can see and feel the pride and excitement with each and every face. Congratulations Class 200, make us proud!

I would like to know what's its like the few weeks there in the academy? Im a little nervous, but I'm expecting what will go on. Just would like some insight on what happen in the first week there? Looking for some feed-back on life in the academy. THANKS!!!!!

If anyone wants to know the meaning of the word PRIDE, all they have to do is look upon the faces of these new officers as they stand proudly wearing their uniforms for the first time!

I remember vividly the pride my husband and I felt as parents when we watched our son graduate many years ago. He was, and continues to be, a very proud HPD officer.

I hope to join you as i prepare for the March Academy. As u graduate tonight, please take a moment to remember the fallen. The ones who have gone before you and given their lives for this great job. Remember, there are no routine calls. Take care and God Bless each and everyone of you.
