The Houston Police Department Recruiting Unit was recently at the Mayor's 2008 Holiday Celebration at City Hall and the Hermann Reflection Pond. We enjoyed meeting all of you.
Just came across the blog. Very neat. I see that you put new stuff on it everyday. I was wondering if you will be hiring in 2010. That is when I graduate. I live in California and have a cousin who lives in Houston. Houston is a great city, I have visited many times. I did not know what I wanted to do for a living...you have my interest peaked. Keep posting...my buds here at school told me about the blog.
Officer McCoy, HPD should be very proud of you. You have managed to keep this blog informative and interesting. Judging from the comments, I am not the only one who feels this way. It is no great feat to start a blog, but it is an exceptional feat to keep one going so long with enthusiasm and creativity. You have done just that. Props to you!!!!
Thank you for the compliments. I must tell you that it is not that hard to keep my enthusiasm with the blog. HPD really is a great place to work and I just want to share those thoughts through the blog. HPD inspires me.
Wow, your pictures are amazing of the Mayor's Christmas celebration! I wish I could link your post to mine about it so people could get a better flavor. Plus, you have the fancy boarders!
