When you apply from out of state to become a Houston Police Officer we travel to everywhere you have worked and lived to make sure we are getting USA's finest. When I talk to people outside of Texas you would not believe how many of them ask me if Houston has tumbleweeds blowing down our streets. I am not kidding.
