What is Redman. Redman is a training technique that is used during your training at the Houston Police Academy. I have had cadets tell me that it is both challenging and fun at the same time.

Redman definitely wore me out when I went through it! It's a good experience though, especially for those who don't have any previous experience with self defense techniques...

Red man was a great experience!
One i will never forget! It really brings all your training together and shows you where you stand.
